Are our products authentic?
Definitely Yes! Our products are purchased from Vietnam, consolidated by our logistics partner and ship to the Philippines. Our products are up to date and carefully sourced within quality standards.
Do you offer Bulk or Wholesale?

Can I place an order without making an account?
- Yes. Everyone can opt as a guest during purchase.
How to shop online?
- Search and click on the preferred product(s) and review the details.
- Click Add to Cart
- Proceed to the checkout page, choose the delivery and payment method and completely fill out the required fields.
- Once completed, submit the order to finalize.
- A confirmation email will be sent with the order summary, reference number and delivery details
What are the accepted payment methods?
- Payment is accepted through Bank Transfer and GCash.

Which areas can you deliver to?
- We use logistics partners for nationwide shipping. For further assistance, you can send us a message.
How long is the delivery period?
- We ship every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
After the payment has been validated, orders will be delivered within one (1) to three (3) working days within Manila and near provinces. For Visayas and Mindanao, it will take one (1) to two (2) weeks depending on your location.
How much is the shipping fee?
- Shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the products and locations.
How can I cancel my order?
- Orders that are not yet packed or shipped can be canceled. For further assistance, send us a message.
Can I return or exchange my order?
- We only accept returned products for the reasons below:
- Wrong delivered item
- Defective item
- Damaged item
What should I do if I receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong item?
- We’re sorry for this issue. Please report the defective item within 7 days after receiving your order to our customer support at (+63) 9236133622 or mrandmrsonlinehshop.sales@gmail.com. We will get in touch and arrange your return request.
How can I return or exchange my order?
- In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- Return within seven (7) days of receiving the product
- The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original labels attached
- Returned products are inspected by our warehouse QA. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
- Wrong item delivered
We do not replace or refund products:
- Obtained from a source other than Mr and Mrs Online Shop
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
General Process for Returns (Both Replacement and Refund)
- Customers must send us a message.
- Customers must provide (a) Order Number, (b) Reason for Return, and (c) Supporting Images - ex. Product Images, Tape Receipt, Delivery Confirmation
- Mr and Mrs Online Shop Customer Service will confirm if return is valid for "Return & Exchange" or "Return & Refund"
Once order is assessed, customers may return the item via Third Party Logistics (shipping cost shouldered by customer)
- Customer must include the following in the Package (a) Order Parcel (b) Tape Receipt (c) "Return & Exchange" or "Return & Refund" Confirmation
- Return Address: We will advise you.
- Handover the Package to your preferred Third Party Logistics
When will I receive my refund?
Processing of refund will be within five (5) to fourteen (14) business working days after the refund request has been verified.
