* Water: 1 - 1.2 liters. You can replace some of the water with coconut milk, beer or unsweetened soy milk to make the cake richer and crispier.

Steps to follow:
* Mix the dough: Put 1 packet of Mikko Huong Xua 500g powder into a bowl, slowly add 1 - 1.2 liters of water, stir well until the powder is completely dissolved, no more lumps. Let the dough rest for about 15-30 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and chopped green onions, stir well.
* Prepare the filling: Wash and prepare the filling ingredients such as shrimp and meat. Stir-fry the shrimp and meat with onions until cooked and season to taste.
* Pour the cake: Heat the pan, add a little cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add a sufficient amount of filling and stir-fry, then scoop a ladle of batter and spread it evenly over the pan. Sprinkle bean sprouts on top and cover for about 1 minute until the cake is cooked.
